By accessing or using Nomrade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Nomrade. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Nomrade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may save and view content from third-party social media platforms within Nomrade. We display this content using official embed APIs (such as oEmbed) provided by each platform. Your use of embedded content is subject to the respective platform's terms of service.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nomrade operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. User-Generated Content

15.1 Content Standards

All user-generated content must comply with these standards:

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. Users can report inappropriate content through the app.

By posting content to Nomrade, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

Nomrade uses artificial intelligence to power the AI chef assistant, meal photo analysis, receipt scanning, recipe generation, food suggestions, and pixel art icon generation. These features require your explicit in-app consent before any data is shared with third-party AI providers.

You may revoke your consent at any time by navigating to Settings > AI & Data in the app. When revoked, all AI features are disabled and no further data is sent to AI providers.

17. Subscription and Payments

17.1 Subscription Plans

Nomrade offers the following auto-renewable subscription under the name "Nomrade Full Course":

17.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

17.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

17.4 Free Trial

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged $41.99 for the first year. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one free trial per Apple ID.

17.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice. You will be notified via email or in-app notification.

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@nomrade.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

18.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, except where prohibited by law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect and an enforceable term will be substituted that reflects our intent as closely as possible.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

21. Export Compliance

You may not use or export the Service except as authorized by U.S. law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is accessed.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use (EULA), together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomrade regarding the use of the Service.

23. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
